P-Flag offers a safe place to speak freely of experiences and emotions. Those in attendance can remain as anonymous as they choose, and everything said at the meeting remains confidential.

Through this comfortable, open environment, we seek to understand our feelings, increase our knowledge, and advocate on behalf of our loved ones.

We hope that through our involvement, negative attitudes about homosexuals can be changed and that gays, lesbians, and transgender persons can live with dignity and respect without experiencing violence and discrimination.

Our involvement also enables us to act in concert to educate our neighbors, legislators, and others about the needs of our homosexual family members and friends.

The Tri-Cities Chapter of PFLAG also provides speakers to interested organizations, groups, churches or classes.
